Same like when nokia has Symbian power, but samsung was not interested in Symbian and Nokia was the only brand in market having Symbian powerful OS, but now Android is awesome and Symbian can't compete with it. As far as I know, Android is open source, anyone can use it. Even then nokia is not able to provide mobiles with android. Don't know why..... :(
