After the withdrawal of petition by the mobile network companies, the high court of Islamabad has rejected the petition completely that was against the banning of late night mobile phone packages. The decision was taken by zong, mobilink, warid, telenor and ufone unanimously by receiving the answer of Pakistan telecommunication authority that contained the package subscriber's communication details with obscene content. The PTA implements the ban after receiving several complaints from various sectors of society.

prime minister raja pervaiz ashraf arranged a meeting where all the high officials and CEO of cellular network companies were present to discuss the rules and regulations implemented by PTA on 13th November. The ban that was implemented on MNP was lifted on the basis of tremendous benefits of the service. The decision of SIMs sale through home delivery was also refused and the suggestion of installation of biometric system is adopted for the selling of SIMs on the franchise, retail outlets and customer care centers.

Zaruri nahi k franchise jana parey. MobiCash k bhi retailers hon gy. Jin shops per MobiCash ki facility ho gi aap wahan ja kar ye service user kar sakte hain.

As per my knowledge, this service is only on Mobilink Franchises and Business centers. They will soon start this on different retailers soon.

But Mobilink has furnished that this service can also be used through authorized MobiCash retailers except franchises and service outlets. This is a recently launched service so I think soon retailers will obtain its certificate and start serving customers.
