Google has planned to name its next Android version starting with alphabet 'K'. After 'Honey Comb' starting with alphabet 'H', 'Icecream Sandwich' starting with alphabet 'I'. Google has always named its Android version as desserts. 'Key Lime Pie' also called 'KLP' is confirmed by Google to be the next OS version of the Android series. Microsoft has sold almost 40 million licenses of its latest operating system Windows 8 within a month.

Prime Minister Raja Parvez has rejected all the decisions made by Interior Minister Rehman Malik. PM has not approved a PTA directive in which all mobile operators were restricted to sell mobile SIMs through shops, franchises and service centers. According to the directive of PTA, all news mobile connections' SIMs must be sent to subscribers' home addresses as per CNIC. PM has not approved this decision after meeting with CEOs of all mobile networks operating in Pakistan.
Ban on MNP was also imposed by Rehman Malik which is now lifted by PM.

Today, Microsoft Pakistan inaugurated its state-of-art Innovation Centre at Arfa Karim Software Technology Park in Lahore with cooperation of Govt. of Punjab.

PTA recently ordered all mobile network operators in Pakistan to put a ban on all late-night packages. Now as a response, mobile network companies have challenged PTA's orders in high court.
In this regard, all mobile operators have combined and submitted a writ petition in High court. They have written in there petition that there is no telecom law which could enforce mobile operators to regulate such content. Mobile telecom operators have also explained that there are many packages which could not be banned because they are useful by end users.

PTA issued orders to ban all mobile night packages from 21st November 2012. In this regard PTA has strictly intimated mobile companies to act this implementation.
