PTA recently ordered all mobile network operators in Pakistan to put a ban on all late-night packages. Now as a response, mobile network companies have challenged PTA's orders in high court.
In this regard, all mobile operators have combined and submitted a writ petition in High court. They have written in there petition that there is no telecom law which could enforce mobile operators to regulate such content. Mobile telecom operators have also explained that there are many packages which could not be banned because they are useful by end users.
