This Year's award ceremony was held in Barcelona for Tops in Mobile Industly. From Pakistan there were three nominees in different categories.
Mobilink , OMNI (Service by UBL) and Easy Paisa (Service by Telenor) were nominated in different categories. Mobilink got its award for the category of "Best Mobile Education or Learning Product or Service". While the other two companies could't win the award.
Along with this, Samsung Galaxy S3 was announced as top smartphone of the year, and Nexus 7 by Google and Asus was announced as best Tablet of the year.
