PTA Selects Consultants For 3G, License Auction Likely in Early 2013

PTA has successfully conducted the crucial process of short-listing and finalizing employees for the 3G auction to be held in January next year. Three employees have been chosen for the purpose of expertise counseling for Valuation, Auction design and Auction software selection. This auction will enable the country to earn USD 900 million that would definitely improve Pakistan's budget issues.

3G is faster type of mobile internet. Its not yet available in Pakistan. But 3G services will be soon launched in Pakistan.

Even Afghanistan mobile network "Etisalat" has 3G but we don't have 3G uptil now... .... But soon we will have 3G in our country likely in March 2013.
