Google.com.pk Down in Pakistan

This morning, I have noticed that Google.com.pk has been hacked/down in Pakistan, and there was a message in Turkish language that gives an idea that a turkish hacker hacked 200+ .pk domains. Any once else found this?

Yes and still its inaccessible. In morning I got this message from hackers on the site.
