You can download like Youtube Videos. With the help of Real Player.

If you don't have real player, than you can add a plugin of Mozila Fire Fox. Plugin name is "Flash Video Downloader". Install this ad on in Mozilla Firefox, than play this video in mozilla. There will an option to download by clicking on an arrow. This arrow is visible with address bar in new version and in old version this arrow will be visible in status bar.

If you understand that it is good, if not, let me know, I will upload some pictures to show you how to do this.
