Apple has lost its appeal, a judge in UK court said that samsung has not copied the design of Apple's iPad in their Galaxy tab, though some people may confuse in both.

Apple has lost its appeal, a judge in UK court said that samsung has not copied the design of Apple's iPad in their Galaxy tab, though some people may confuse in both.

I don't know why has Apple accused Samsung to copy their design. There is no major similarity in both Ipad and Galaxy Tab. Actually the fact is Apple is afraid of Samsung because Samsung has become a market leader smartphone manufacturer in small amount of time.

apple is not afraid at all, if its like that, than apple must launch a new model with excellent features, or at least one or two new features to compete with samsung, but it did not. Even apple never try to compete with Microsoft or never considered them as their competitor. Apple has nothing to do with rest of the world, they just provide what they like.
